Hi, I’m Lien, a nutritional therapist. My journey into nutrition began after years of struggling with persistent digestive issues that led to numerous hospital visits and doctor appointments without clear answers. Working a shift-based job further exacerbated my challenges, leading to poor sleep, unhealthy eating habits, and constant fatigue. Discovering the transformative power of nutrition inspired me to make my wellbeing a top priority. I pursued three years of formal training in nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to help others overcome similar struggles and achieve their best health.
In 2023, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The knowledge I gained about nutrition has been invaluable in navigating my treatment and has underscored the crucial role of a healthy lifestyle and diet. Since my cancer diagnosis, I’ve shifted my focus to advocate for a slow living approach. I prioritise my own wellbeing, ensuring that I make choices that support my optimal health. I meditate daily and practice yoga a few times a week to manage stress, embracing a pace of life that counters our society’s rush and urgency. I believe that wellness doesn’t have to be about constant haste, and that adopting a mindful, balanced approach can lead to true health and fulfillment.
I’m passionate about helping others feel their best and believe that no health challenge is too great to overcome with the right support and approach. My focus is on uncovering the root cause of my clients' symptoms, with a special emphasis on digestive health, immune function, poor sleep, fatigue, chronic stress, and hormonal imbalances.
