    I'm offering a free 15-minute discovery call where we can get to know each other better, discuss your needs, and see if I'm the right fit to provide the guidance and support you're looking for. This is a no-pressure opportunity for us to connect and explore how I can best support you.

  • QUESTIONNAIRE

    Before our first appointment, you will be asked to fill out a detailed health questionnaire, which includes information about your family medical history, any symptoms you've experienced and other relevant details. This will give me a clearer picture of your overall health. You will also be asked to maintain a food diary to capture your typical eating and drinking habits.

  • INITIAL CONSULTATioN

    During the initial consultation, which will take up to one hour, we will focus on getting to know you, your body, and your specific needs. We will dive deeper into your unique health history, discuss your current dietary habits, lifestyle preferences, physical activity levels, and sleep patterns in more detail. We will explore your goals and expectations to create a personalised plan that aligns with your vision for your health and well-being.

  • FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

    During our weekly check in calls, which will take up to 30 minutes, we will review your progress, assess any changes, and discuss any potential issues or health concerns that may have arisen. This is an opportunity to address any questions, fine-tune your plan, and ensure you are on track to reach your goals.
